WTB: 15" (maybe 14" too) steelies w/ decent tires (4x100)

So I need just a set of rollers for my car. I just need a set of junk steelies with decent tires so I can slap them on and put this thing through emissions, and not chew up my good tires.

Anyone have anything on the cheap?

Unfortunately I need 15" to clear the brakes. I suppose I can try 14" if someone has a set dirt cheap.
