                because the block is totally different from any other b series motor. it uses a different power steering pump, alternator, a/c compressor, an all of the mounts for those are put in different places, different motor mounts because in the third gen prelude the motor has a very big tilt to it so instead of using the standard 3 bolt pattern on the block like any other b series, it uses only 2 bolts to hold the mount to the block. also the half shaft mounts up in a different location...the list goes on an on really.
