They are actually much the more expensive Racing Heart wheels.

Rota track r is just a cheap knockoff of those wheels.

Then he did a very good job printing up the Racing Hart vinyls that are on them.

The color scheme and the vinyls are spot on.

They are very popular wheels in Europe and Japan, that is why Rota copied them.
