5 lug chrome TLs

I have a set of 17" chrome 5 lug TLs . Rims are mint , they are not polished they are dipped in chrome . Have all 4 centers with chrome vinyl to match rim. Tires have good thread tire sizes are 225/55/17 I want to trade for aftermarket 4x100 16s or 15s sinc so have to put a price it's 500 .throw offers 2038000943 il send better pics
