COMES WITH ALL 4 ORIGINAL CENTER CAPS AND VALVE STEM CAPS AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES. HARD TO FIND.
Few scratches on the center and lip nothing serious. Lip needs to be re-polished to be considered show room condition but are still very shiny. Bit of fading on the gold paint but they are vintage and I feel as if the condition adds value.
