Polished Fighter Special Wheels

I have a brand new set of Polished Bisimoto Fighter Special Rims With Brand New Toyo Extensa HP tires. Wheels are 15x8 +12mm offset. (These are fighter special version not the drag version.) Bought them last year was going to thro them on my DA but decided to go with different wheels. These have never been driven on. They still need the center ring and need to be balanced.
