its a brand new xbox bought it on 9-20-11 u just need a new cable bc my bad ass child wass messin in tha back of tha tv so broke tha yellow cable :( tha 360 still has warranty at gamestop for another 20 day i still have tha receipt tires are aight about 60% fronts n like 50 on backs lol ill thro in another steelie with a good tire so u can swap em out pm me if ur interested
