Fs 1999 Em1 Shell(Civic Si). I bought this last so I can drop my lsv into a clean shell. Never got around to doing it , been busy. This is only for sale till spring.
This car is missing the vintag on the dash . All othere vins match doorjam, trunk,firewall etc.....
Since it's a Nj tittle and this is Ct,car will need emissions and a vin check . vin checks go by matching 2 or more vins to the dash. My area ,only requires 3 matching regardless of location besides fire wall has to be one. Pls check with ur local emissions shop. The process for repairing this if u wanted is to go to dmv in Wethersfield and they inspect the car for 3 matching vins and restamp the dash .
If u r worried I can pass it here but price will go up since I will have to reg or tow to emissions. Also there r a couple ct vtec members who r willing to pass u if u do not wish to do it. Text 8604810204 anytime
