1. All for sale items must have a clear picture of the item being sold when the thread is created. Picture must be of sellers actual item, not a google image.
2. No links to other websites for your item for sale. Description and pictures need to be posted on the CTvTEC thread.
3. No post whoring/exescive bumping. Only two bumps per day on any thread, post whoring will result in deletion of infected posts, warning, and ultimately being banned. This also goes for short words/phrases acting as bumps. So if you see a thread has already been bumped for the day, do not bump it agian.
4. Prices must be listed on for sale items. If a realistic price for the item is not posted the thread will be closed. No testing the waters or for trade threads.
5. You must have a minimum of 10 posts before creating a thread in the for sale section.
6. The moderators and administrators of CTvTEC have the right to edit/open/close/move/delete any thread or post. Decisions are subject to moderator discretion. Disputes and questions about decisions made by moderators should be discussed via PM with a Mod or Admin.
7. No advertising for any business unless you are registered with our site and are a representative of that company. This includes, but is not limited to, commercial screen names, threads, posts, avatars, profile information, and signatures. For advertising information please PM an Admin or Mod.
8. Thread titles should give an accurate description of the item inside. Thread titles such as "Look!" Or "parts for sale" are non compliant and will be deleted.
9. Thread bashing of members and vendors will not be tolerated! If there is an issue with a member/vendor PM a Mod or Admin to resolve issue. Thread bashing will result to deletion of the infected post and banning.
10. Disrespecting to any member of the CTvTEC staff will not be tolerated. This will result to instant banning. That includes but is not limited to harassing on visitor walls, on public threads, or via PM for editing/deleting posts or threads.
11. Multiple screen names is strictly forbidden. Any member found to be posting under two screen names will be banned for a minimum of 7 days and the additional accounts will be removed. Any repeat offense of this rule will result in a permanent ban of all accounts.
12. Events
An event is considered “For-Profit” if money is collected to attend or participate
For-Profit events must be authorized by the Admin and may require a vendor package. Contact one of the Staff for approval.
For-Profit events that will not require a vendor package include motorsports events and shows that specifically include Hondas. These events may not be used as a tool to promote any other non vendor business.
Local meets, BBQs, etc must not reference any non vendor business.
Dynos days, tuning days, and other paid service event require a vendor account
Exceptions – Members may discuss any event as long as they are not promoting it on behalf of themselves or another party.
