  • K series motor for sale

For sale is a k24a4 motor from a Honda accord I bought it because I was going to put it on the stand a build it to put in the wagovan but I am just going to do a quick piston and rod swap in the car with the motor I have so no need for a extra one

Motor was removed with 59k miles because it burned about 1 1/2 qt of oil inbetween oil changes so they paid to have it changed no other issues with the motor

Could be used as is or replace the rings and drop it in

Price is 400$ Obo don't low ball me Idc if I sell it or keep it I can deliver it with in reason if you pay the 400$ and you come to me first and pay me NO trades
    RIP Nick

Why does it burn that much oil?

because it is a K24 they all have a open TSB for useing oil that why 90% of them you find fro sale are removed.. and it is cheaper for the dealer to replace them then it is to put new rings in them..

what happen is the oil ring get gummed up with oil and sticks and it burns oil. some people pull the pistions and clean the rings and put them backin and they are good to go and others put new rings in them and back on the road.

any one tryin to sell you a K24 off the street good chance it burns oil also. i am just honest with the buyer. i have a K24 in my wagovan now and i bought that one also knowing it burned oil runs mint just have to stay on top of cheacking the oil till i decide to fix it.

well cuz $350 isn't much cash so I figured something equivalent in value would be ok. but I guess not lol. and broken motor?? Papo are you serious?? get your facts straight homie.
