                    If u havnt figured out the issue yet gimmie a call 860 307 2182.. If the fuel pump isnt priming, its not getting a signal to. U told me the car's trying to turn over on the first click. Call chuck and eddies and see if the have a steering colum, cuz the lock cylinder (the ignition) is one piece, unless u want to spend a couple hrs drilling i got one from there for 60 bucks, or call honda and get a lock cylinder ignition switch(its the back part of the lock cylinder). You have to start eliminating things, if your machaniclly inclined and u put the swap in correctly and u put everything where its supposed to go and didnt hack anything up with butcher'd connections then its either the main relay, fuse, ignition switch, ecu, or u dont have the engine grounded. You have to start testing these items to get to the bottom of it. You have to start eliminating possibilities. Alot of ppl forget to ground the engine, so check ur grounds. then the main relay, then start looking at fuses, but u mention'd the ignition(lock cylinder) so i'd start there
