Need a tranny with shorter gears for my all motor build. No bullshit please!!

My LS tranny is absolutely mint still in car can drive it before hand. Has about 85k on it. I am willing to put up cash for a mint b16 tranny or type R tranny. Please no bullshit the tranny is still in my daily driven hatch and will be pulled out as soon as a deal is made. Cash in hand don't waste my time
