0bd2 gsr p72 ecu flashed

i have a 0bd2 p72 that i was told was flashed with chrome i believe? i picked it up in the bronx when i got my b20v so its tuned to that. i dont wanna rip anyone off so i would like to have someone test it if possible b4 they buy it, maybe plug it in and just rev it to 2step cause im not 100% if its really flashed. so if it is 150 obo if not 100 firm.

im pretty sure they lied to you its a pain in the ass to chip obd 2 ecus i think its pointless cause you can only use a chip once you have to get a new chip everytime you wanna alter something ...unless its an obd 1 and you mistakenly thought it was obd 2 i think if you post pics it would be best take the top cover off and post pics

nah i know its obd2 and i opened it theres no chip or anything so yea im not rly sure but yea like i said i dnt wanna rip anyone off so i would love to test it
