one of those chinese scooters 50cc engine has all plastics but has no spark...tons of extra parts cranks strong..new cdi, oil, plug,relay,and voltage regulator no spare time to tear it apart the magneto isnt throwing any voltage out so could need a new one or just a simple wiring issuse. just throwing it out there for best offer right now anything resonable or trades
