FS K20A3 motor

I am selling my K20A3 out of an RSX, this motor comes with what is shown. The only problem is the 4 bearings are seized on one side of the heads assembly (Shown in the 3rd picture). Otherwise would be a working and cosmetically sound engine. For the full engine as shown (Tranny and manifolds NOT included), im looking for $800 obo OR $500 for the block and $350 for the head if sold seperatley. prices negotiable (not looking for trades and dont lowball) Thanks!
