Ttt cause it works on obd1 cars to I had one in my teg nd I got one in my hatch running my ls no problems

wrong there are 2 pr4 ecus one obd0 and one obd1 the plugs are diff so u did not use a obd0 ecu in ur obd1 car

No way so how I use a 91-93 teg ecu on my 94 teg isn't 91-93 obd0 or 1

90-91 teg obd0 92-93 teg obd1 and like Evo said their plugs are completely diff.
