D15b7 engine/tranny FS

This has 109,000 miles on it. The timing belt and water pump were done about 25,000 miles ago. I recently went to a b18b1 so I don't need this engine/trans/clutch combo. It will come with a processor also. I am fairly sure my wiring harness is currently being used on my car. Captiva 93 can answer any ?'s on what you may need. Asking $250 o.b.o.
