is that stock muffler welded passed the axle back? cut off? if its a boltup ill come pick it up

I got the other piece you need to make it a "bolt on" piece. Im askin 15 if you want it to bolt on. lmk

thats the only pic i got & im not near my garage right now. You can clamp it together if its a stock car. Im in new britain. lmk
