for 140 its with a flywheel my friend if I put it for 80 I am giving the flywheel away not in my book ill sell the clutch for 80 and flywheel for 60

You have to realize that when it comes to these cars you NEVER get back what you put into it...

Even if it's a brand new auto-zone clutch and a flywheel.
If the flywheel was light weight then MAYBE, but not a stock one.
