Im guessing you just meant to say the vin tag on the block doesn't matter because its blocked by the HEADER no S, since there is only one header on a 4cyl? if thats what you mean sure but its still sketchy that it isn't there unless you like buying stolen shit, not saying the motor was stolen by the seller but like i said before its sketchy.
