Looking for p28 with jumper

I have a p73 TypeR ecu that i'm looking to trade for a P28 ecu i prefer it to have a obd2 to obd1 jumper the p73 is for obd1 which came with a swap i bought but my harness is an obd2b.I'm in bristol ct
