i got 2 b18b1 ls heads neither have intake manis,dizzys or valve cover and one is missing a few rockers arms one cam cap and the cams themselves
1 head has 130k on it and was pulled off my boys car when he went vtec the other was rebuilt before i got it and ran for less than 10k
