i got a d16 head v tec head port and polished needs valve cover 70 obo takes it pics up in the morning its ob1 .

also gonna have misc stuff when i check what i have in my garage

Just a question, I have a '00 sedan automatic, what do I have to do if I want to throw this head on? A new harness? Conversion? Any new parts I need to pick up?

you need vtec ecu wire harness and if you want to do your gasket while motor is out you can do that

idk ask on a d series thread or you tube it and idk how hard it just changing the head and run the vtec wire.

its not hard just make sure u use a torqe wrench to tighten the head down dont wanna snap any bolts also u can get a vtec ecu and keep ur stock harness just get a vtec plug and run the wires to the ecu very simple and u can just get a head gasket kit from autozone so u know everything is mint with no problems might as well cange the water pump and timing belt as well so everything on the motor is fresh thats if you want to though

it will be a 1 if you get me to do it ... but yea you will need the following
-Brand new head gasket regardless
-vtec auto wiring harness! or do it the cheap way and keep ur stock harness and run vtec directly to the ecu
-Vtec ecu must be AUTO!

well he did say he has a 2000 sedan automatic so yeaaaa................
