Bottom line is the seats are a damn good deal for some VERY expensive seats if you bought them new. Who bought what, or didn't call for what doesn't matter. No one is out any $$, and nothing got stolen from anyone, just a deal fell through b/c someone got cold feet is all it sounds like.
