98 ek hatch LS Vtec need gone

This is going to be probably the most honest thread that this site has probably ever had.

98 dx ek hatch
-body work was started on the car but I got too lazy to finish
-quarters were redone so no rust or rot
-Radiator support has some rust but still sturdy
-interior is 7 out of 10

Motor-

LS bottom end
b16 head
dual valve springs on both sides(type r)
golden eagle ls vtec kit
wrinkle red valve cover
b16 tranny with a stage 2 clutch
exedy pressure plate etc
no smokes or ticks

other-
bwr short shifter
password jdm shift knob
8k HIDs
skunk2 lower control arms
brand new axles
brand new radiator
si t bracket
innovative motor mounts
aem cold air intake

bad thing is that its still running on the y7 ecu so vtec doesn't engage. you would need a p28 with a step down harness.
