pretty mint 04 gsxr 600

so i grabbed this bike pretty recently, since then the bike has got a new clutch, new brakes, quick acceleration kit (new sprockets) -1 tooth in the front +2 teeth in the back, new RK racing chain, full yoshimura exhaust from the header back, oil change with K&N air and oil filter along with new NGK plugs and brand new Michelin pilot tires. the bike has also been track prepped with wire ties on all the accessorie bolts. the bike was dropped once in it's entire life in the driveway and ill include pics of the damage (very minimal). bike has 17,166 miles on it and i am the second owner i bought it from the guy that took it home from the dealership. i originally bought the bike to fix up for my lil brother but after riding it i realized it is really to fast for him to learn on at 16 so for sale it goes. asking $4600obo or trade for an EM1. if u dont like the price make an offer but dont offer me your rusted out EF and $1500 i know of a few bike dealers that have 04 gxr's with double the miles of this one and they want close to $6500. sorry in advance for the crappy cell pics

Thanks man it really is a nice bike. If I didn't already have an 06 600 I would def keep it. I just think its to much bike for my lil brother to learn on, I got a lil carried away with fixing it and then relized he probably wont be able to handle it. I'm not firm on the price but figured I'd start high and work my way down.

Bump nice bike..u should get him a 250 to learn on then work his way up..but it also depends if he has respect for bikes cuz I learn on a 1000 and never passed 50 for two weeks lol

im a firm believer on learning on big bikes. You should grow into a bike, not grow out of one. Throttle control is the same concept from a 250 to a 1300, but you can only gain respect for speed and power from a big bike.

Thats just what i believe. Bike looks good man. Should sell quick.

Bump no one wants a damn near perfect 600 for the summer. I have a brand new swingarm extension kit with a chain, brake line, and caliper bracket also have some brand new lowering links I can throw on but price will have a lot less room for negotiation.
