1995 honda civic sedan auto $1400obo (read)

looking to get rid of this car
asking $1400obo (not taking $1000 so dont offer that)
motor and tranny are good on the car havnt recived any problems with the car.
car has a little "woo-woo" sound coming from the rear drivers tire. (could be brakes)
has some rust on both quarters pass side is bubbles the drivers side has a little piece toward the bumper another near the bottom of the door
has some on the pass side fender
interior is all there, needs a new drivers door handle.
rear pass door dosent open (latch isnt connected. simple fix)
mph on gauge works when it feels like it
front bumper cracked
needs a left turn signal
power everything inside the car.

full disclosure of what is wrong with the car at this point
