I tried this with an OBD2 car but no one would help.

if its odb2 you will pass as long as your cel is off and your monitors are ready. if cel is on then there is nothing you can do unless fix it. obd1 can sometimes be fooled.

just go get it tested, fail the test, take the failure paper to DMV and register the car. I havent had a car actually pass in 5 years, lol.

im pretty sure its only a $50 late fee if you dont do it. im running straight pipe so i never even bothered goin there.
