Original OEM 1993 Paint fucked up?
rust in the same spot all eg's have rust?

Not sure what either of those common issues have to do with a quality BUILD?

Smudged and good sized scratches in paint is fucked up paint. They're clear in the pictures. If you build such quality shit you could fix that and the rust. Wouldn't be too hard.
