Nah bro thats a lowball offer. Shells sell for more then that. And this car needs a little tlc and you can deff get atleast 15 for it if you put in the 200 maybe 300 it needs. I already found all the interior peices it needs and the hood for less then 100. It starts and everything just not good enough to drive places.
