T-W F-s or F-t (94eg coupe ex)

OK Ctv im on here just seeing what i can get for my project car....Price is $1,500 or B.O just really want to see what i can get for it...

-94 Civic Coupe Ex 5spd...
-Car was last regi in Rhode Island(CLEAN TITLE)...
-Has factory 1.6vtec Motor in it with unknown true miles on it...

-NO LEAKS,NO CHECK ENGINE JUST LOUD AS FU** WIT NO CAT LOL

BADS:
-Front driver seat has a tear in it...
-Has a crack on the front windshield...
-Needs Qp work done to it (for now i started fiberglassing it to see how it comes out I have ordered the Qp's brand new)...
-Needs CAT or whole complete exhaust (previous owner took the cat off)...

-I DONT KNOW IF I SHOULD PRIME THE WHOLE CAR OR KEEP IT RED SEEING HOW HALF OF THE CAR IS FADED RED
