F/T: 97 EK coupe
Just picked this up and not sure if I want to keep it or trade it.
Really looking to trade for and EG coupe or hatch. 5speed ONLY. Trades can be bone stock.
It's a 1997 Civic EX coupe
180k on the cluster, title is stamped TMU from someone trying to register it with lower miles (idiot)
5 speed
It's an EX so that means power everything, and the windows and sunroof open the fastest and smoothest I've ever seen on an EK.
Recent tune-up (wires, plugs, oil change). Distributor looks a little newer also.
Clutch was recently replaced (OEM replacement), grabs perfect.
The car runs, drives, and shifts good.
The only thing I can say it MIGHT need is front brake pads in a couple months, haven't actually checked them yet.
Car is 95% stock, only mods are:
No name cat-back exhaust w/ high flow cat (kinda loud, but deep tone)
No name short ram intake
No name speakers in the front doors
The body is about 7 out of 10, Interior is about 8 out of 10.
Body over all is okay, no big dents, just some scratches and dings.
Driver side quarer panel had some rust that a previous owner decided to try and put a little bondo over and rattle can it with one of those "OEM" colors.
Passenger quarter panel only has a tiny bit of bubbling smaller than a penny.
Minor crack and paint chipping on the rear bumper, nothing serious.
All I can think of for now so on to the pics.
