I got a 2008 velocity scooter its a 150cc the miles is around 1500....it has brand new hid kit(i turned on the scooter and went to turn on the hid and they dint came on...maybe a cabbble came off i dont wana mess with it)....its droped (lol yup its droped).....looks like new ..will trade for a shell lmk wat u got......NEW PRICE!! 600 come pick it up today lmk....I got bill of sale in hand its regi as a 50cc so no insurance just 40 bucks for the little ticket for it....

I don't have nor need a sticker or have to regy a scooter under 50cc they make a plate that is a small fee says ct dmv nd has the statue # that I don't need to reg but I kno u have to have them look at it nd rate it for street use lol in which they will see this isn't street legal without regy so this is nice to have the sticker with it
