That isn't real carbon fiber. That is fiberglass with a thin, superficial layer of carbon fiber to give the appearance of carbon fiber body panels. 99% of 'carbon fiber' replacement body parts are manufactured in this way. If it were 'real carbon fiber', it would cost many many thousands of dollars instead of the measly $1000 those pieces can be purhcased for.

Your thread title should probably read more like "Not real carbon fiber, but at least its not faux CF vynil"

And on another note, you may be interested to know that it is highly probable that your fiberglass body parts probably weight more than the sheetmetal parts they have replaced. They are nothing more than Race Inspired Cosmetic Enhancements.
