I think in CT u don't have to....cause I once I bought a scooter from CT and the guy told me that in CT all u need is like a plastic plate that says CT mopeds...and I think I got one from that scooter I bought...they only cost like 10 or 20 bucks....but if I find it I'll give it to u....right now is register as a 50cc and haven't had a problem with the cops....they don't fuck with u unless u don't wear a helmet...but in CT u don't have to wear one that's the good thing over their haha.....
