sounds pretty hard to get register! how would i fix the title?

i called the dmv u would have to take off the back bumper and back lights and the trunk and take picz ov the car and the parts while there off and then take some more picz ov u putting it back together the u go to the dmv with the car for inspection witch cost $88 and then they give u a rebuilt title so u could redgister it not really that hard i just dont want the car any more cuz its auto want a five speed
