tmu (true mileage unknown) someone probably got the car with a si cluster in it that said 40k on it so put that on their reg paperwork at dmv but dmv already had the car at 100k so they mark it tmu u can always run a carfax and find out the real mileage and get it fixed but the car runs and looks like new def k swap worthy
