Do not waste your time

So I drove over 1hr 20m to check out this 99 civic 4dr for my girlfriend since we need another car due to me selling mines. I spoke to the guy and he assured me that the car had no rust,check engine light etc. I get to his location and first thing I noticed is the front bumper starched the f$ck up. But I told my self f$ck it ,let me take a look..then I noticed a repainted quarter panel and rust on both wheel wells ,dented passenger panel,check engine light on,both rear doors didn't belong to it and had vin numbers removed ,etc etc. Straight waste of my time. Well the best part of me meeting him was that I enjoyed looking at his Car (viper).
