1995 Honda civic dx coupe auto 203k miles stock ac ps small they bubbles and a front fender replaced

Runs great I just replaced the cylinder head due to two burn valves so...
New head gasket timeing belt valve cover gasket intake gasket plugs and wires oil changed and a used head put on ..

Pretty simple he wants 1800 or best resonable offer low ball me all you want I don't.own it he.has.a set price he will take I can't change that
