Have you attempted emissions yet? Does it have a cat? Does is have a full and complete interior? OEM seats? Clean title history? I'd like to take a look at some point. Where are you located? 860 might be far from where I am located.

No cat haven't been to emission no Check engine light some rust in rear ef si seats no cargo cover its not a diamond but a pretty decent car for it's age
