99 AWD subi f/t

I got a 99 four door 2.2l auto imprezza for trade, check engine light is on due to 02 sensor but it just passed emissions(see pics) has some rust on the quarters but the interior is mint. I drive this car everyday and I share it with the wife but would like a bigger car like an accord. Has high miles but runs and drives no problems.
