Car: 1996 Civic HX Coupe

Clean Title
Car is a shell! Has motor in but not running

The Good: Car already has body work done to it...it does need a paint job. but there is absolutely no rust on the car at all. Car has tokico blues, and ebay springs for a very mild but smooth riding drop. Has intake, header, and catback exhaust.
Interior is absolutely MINT...i would say 9.5/10.
The Bad: Car does not Start, its been sitting at the same location for several months now, and i believe needs a dizzy as well.
The car also needs a bolt on the rear mount. Missing passenger side mirror, but i do have the replacement so no worries.
The car would have to get towed out, so please keep that in mind.
Looking to get 1600 obo....price is VERY negotiable so please throw offers
