need to sell asap street bike and dirt bike

ok i have come across some issues at home and need to sell one of the 2 or both i need to come up with 1200 by this weekend to make a big payment on my house so i need to sell some thing quickly


first is a 1996 CR 125 rebuilt motor at the start of summer about 10 hours on it
it has some scratches from rideing it like ti was ment for

i trail ride it with no issues and keep up with all the other guys with new quads
new parts
top end(gaskets,piston,rings,plug...ect)
new water pump
new lower end berings
new swing arm berings
new rear wheel berings
new chain and sprockets
new break pads
....needs reallt just fork seals. other them that it runs and ride mint


second is my 1989 CBR 1000 F hurricane i know old but let me start by sayin you will not find a ready to ride street bike for this price any where .

i ride it all the time but my girl is upset thinks i am going to get killed. so i rather jsut sell it.

new parts
two brother slip on pipe
new tires
new plugs
new coolent hoses
fresh oil and filter change
it need a new choke cable but i still ride it some morings i dont need it to start it other i do but if i need it i use pliers

i ride it with no issues behind it ride nice and smoothe good power

i am asking 1200 come with 1000 befor the weekend and i will give you the title and ride it away

opps i am askin 1200 as well for the dirt bike but i will just come out and say first 900 takes it just cuz i am in need of the cash asap no lower tho
