A rebuilt title is pretty much a car that was either totaled or stolen (deemed salvaged by insurance companies) but then restored. It's a perfectly good car, all it means is that it WAS in a bad accident or WAS stolen. In order to get a car a rebuilt title you get inspected up the wazooo. Don't worry it's a legit car.

yea the car was stolen but had no issues getting my plates in Ny or in Florida the title is good to go with no problems
