i gotta new starter from rhd_integra shit works fine engine turns over but since tha water pump has frozen ice inthere it work turn over fast so it turns over all slow n hard but in tha am ima go do wat u said

Yea try to do sumthing to get the block losend up and try to get the fluids running once it's starts u just drain all the water out and put antifreeze good luck
