93 Civic some jdm parts

1993 Honda Civic, 2Dr , 5speed, ACT clutch, 2000 B16 motor and tranny, walboro 255 fuel bump. JDM Cluster, JDM amber time clock, Skunk 2 springs, Kyb shocks, rear bumper diffuser, JDM wheels. All parts were purchased legit. Car is sold as is Engine will not start I do not know why and thats why I'm selling car so cheap. No holes in block maybe bent a valve but not sure. asking 1800 NEG.
