I want to trade my 93 se coupe (newly converted 5spd
) for a 92-93 Accord ex-lx 4door 5speed thats mint. I giving up alot of shit for your stock mint 4door, i wanted to have a sporty looking accord but i want to go with the slammed with offset and bike rack look. Here is what i am offering, this car has come along way and its getting better
Engine; F22A6 stock rebuilt, parts include new water pump, oil pump, oil pan, oil pan gasket, idler pulleys, head gasket, spark plug tube seals, valve cover gasket, spark plug well seals (tube seals under rocker arm, prevents oil from getting in spark plugs) copper header gasket, copper downpipe gasket, alternator belt, power steering belt, ngk spark plugs, spark plug wires, oil filter, ebay header and exhaust system (about 6months worth of use) newer radiator, new battery, new starter
Transmission: WAS AUTOMATIC just finished doing a 5speed conversion and it runs and shifts smooth, has new master and slave cylinder, new exedy clutch and preasure plate, stock flywheel, auto to 5 speed conversion transmission mount (bought the whole kit $275 from Explicit Speed Performance (ESP) )
Suspension: cross drill/slotted rotors (all around) wheel bearing x2, lower ball joint x2, Nuespeed sport springs (1.75 drop in front and 1.5 drop in rear) shocks are little roughed up but ride is still smooth.
Wheels: Konig model:Next 18inch in bronze finish...tires not sure of brand but they could use a new set (traded my new 17s for 18s and cash but never got around to getting new tires)
Exterior: JDM black housing, black corners (also have a set of chrome corners) black bumper lights (also have the stock set) amber side markers, modified front lip, official JDM fog lights that i paid $250 witout harness or switch (may not be included in deal since they are so hard to find but if your car is really fresh or u give cash on top ill let them go)
Interior: stock tan leather in rear and titanium tan leather RSX seats up front.....custom fitted of course :) sony head unit
Audio: pretty much stock, got the car with some cheap dual speakers and never felt like i needed anything louder
Misc: i did a main harness wire tuck, injector tuck, a/c delete, ive cleaned and flushed the whole intake system, cylinder hone work, valve and piston resurface
Security: pager alarm ...and a few things
NEGATIVES: 1/4 driver side has small rust but passenger side had a slight side swipe or something, not terrible, msomeone with metal shaping and fiberglass skill can fix it but i want to take it to a shop and get it all done (average price for paint and patch work is $2300-$2700 hard for me to save this amount due to conversion and new apartment)
Car runs real good and i dont really want to get rid of it after dropping over $3,000 and alot of work, as i said before i just finished doing the 5 speed swap like 3 days ago spent about $1,400 in parts and labor (did most of it myself with a friend) have some of the reciepts laying around and boxes, doing some final tweaking to get it to idle better etc small stuff. Im looking for a 92-93 Honda Accord EX 4 door 5speed in mint condition, in stock or close to stock, i want something that i DONT have to get it painted, sum minor flaws will be accepted but ill remove or add cash ontop of trade NO RUST ....maybe quarter size but nothing bigger and im not selling sorry 203)737-0592 John
