I am going to put some feelers out there for the hatch. I want to make sure it goes to a good, enthusiast home. I purchased this car last year w/ 62k from the second owner who ran a Honda shop and used it as a parts getter. It currently has just over 90k miles on it. Runs great, I drive it everyday and it's never given me a problem. Pulls hard. Photos on this car from just about day one. Isn't the cleanest in these pics

Here is a list of mods, should be complete, I could be missing something here or there but you get the idea.
Engine
D16Y7 w/ Y8 5-speed (trans has about 100k on it now)
Odometer says 135,000 km but engine has about 90,000 mi.
Jackson Racing Supercharger (Stiegemeier Ported)
-The supercharger had around 12,000 miles on it before I sent it to Stiegemeier and has around 9,000 miles since then. The supercharger was sent to Stiegemeier to be ported to acheive lower intake temps and to raise the boost on the blower. They ported the blower's inlet and outlet, also checked the rotor to case, stripped the rotors coating (because the rotors were starting to flake),and replaced the blower's oil. I had them do a front drive rebuild, (even though the stock bearings were in good condition). Since they were porting the blower I had them port the S-tube and gasket port match the intake manifold. It's currently setup for 8psi with a custom blower pulley but I also have pulleys and belts to run 6 or 10psi.

AEM cold air intake with AEM air filter (air intake is heat wrapped)
Endyn Kamikaze 4-1 with 2.5 inch downpipe header with two o2 sensor bungs(also heat wrapped)

A/C was shot when I got it and was removed, factory non-P/S
Delta Stage 2 Cam (272 regrind)
Prothane Poly mount inserts
Fidanza short shifter
Body
Has some rust in the quarters thats been touched up, definitely savable
Some minor dings and dents

DIY smoked tails
Suspension
KYB AGX adjustables up front, Skunk2 Sport Shocks in the rear, Skunk2 Lowering Springs all around
no name adjustable camber kits front and rear
Megan Racing Rear LCAs
