Oh it sure is 247, lots of highway baby, I bought it with 242 on it and I'm a car guy so that tells you how freaking mint this thing was cosmetically until the bumper incident. No leaks, no grinds, clutch grabs great, transmission is butter, totally up to date maitenence, new shocks all around, good brakes with newer discs all around, brand new tires, quite possibly the nicest car for the money I've ever bought. Lots of life left in it, you have to drive it to appreciate it, I wishi I had it as a first car back in high school.
