F/S 93 civic coupe H22 swap

I got a 93 civic coupe with an H22a swap. The motor was over reved there fore it does need a new head other then that and a few cosmetic issues this car is fine. When it was runnin i had got it dyno-ed 194whp 178t. It ran strong. It has Pink Fat fives on it and is flat black. the pictures i have are from before i painted it. I have brand new ball joints and upper controll arms and tierods that will come with the car. Full 2 1/2in exhaust with ebay muffler. Rear under strut bar, front strut bar. 95 grs front spindle converstion. 94 intera ls rear disc converstion. E brake cable is not installed. Small crack in windsheild. front grs leathers in decent shape. black clothes rear seats. I paid $2000 for this car when it was running so im lookin to get like 1400 or BO! it was over revved and needs a new head meaning? whats wrong with the head? Over rev could mean bottom end too lol. Let me kno. Im kinda interested.

I talked to Kyle and Dave the tuner and Had it looked at by a mechanic. It needs a new head bent vavles
